TARA GIUNTA (Conducting Internal Investigations) –Ms. Giunta, a partner in Paul Hastings LLP, is a Vice Chair of the firm’s Investigations and White Collar Defense practice. Ms. Giunta also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Diversity Council and Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative, and Founder and Editor of the firm’s publication, Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Women in the Boardroom. Ms. Giunta has served on CUA Law’s Board of Visitors, and she is active in a number of professional and community organizations.
